Business Associate Agreements (BAA)

Before receiving, processing, or managing any Protected Health Information (PHI) or Electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI) on behalf of a healthcare provider, we execute a formal Business Associate Agreement (BAA). This agreement legally binds us to protect patient health data according to federal standards.

We employ robust physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to ensure the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of all ePHI handled across our workflows:

Administrative Safeguards

Formal workforce training on HIPAA privacy rules, role-based access control policies, strict confidentiality agreements, and regular risk assessment audits.

Technical Safeguards

End-to-end encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.2/1.3) and data at rest (AES-256 bit encryption), multi-factor authentication (MFA) across operational portals, and continuous monitoring/logging of data access.

Physical Safeguards

Secure cloud infrastructure, restricted access to workstations, and strict clean-desk policies across all US-led and operational delivery centers.
